There are many different ways to find people interested in Swinging, but none of them work very well for you if you don't know about them.  The knee-jerk reaction to just put an ad out there on the internet is close, but for many people, including us, Craigslist was no cigar.  Why?  Well, take us as an example. 

We had just tossed the idea of Swinging around, knew very little about what it was really about, didn't know much about the terminology, and just up and one day posted an ad in the Casual Encounters "mw4mw" section of Craigslist.  The first ad we tried was rejected because it was too long, so after shortening it up it had basic info but not much about what was really important to us.  Plus it only had two tiny grainy picutres on it after CL shrunk them down for us.  When people replied they could include at the most 150KB of attachments (photos).  The people that replied had their email address exposed to us, and when we replied our email address was exposed to them.  Not a perfect situation by any means, especially after all the automated fake ad responses and "I want to have sex with your wife" replies from single guys when we were asking for couples. 

Luckily we did have some real responses from some people that were experienced Swingers, so they kindly passed information along by telling us where they had their Swinger profiles set up that we could go look at and view photos and a lot more information about them.  Enter the world of Swingers Personals websites.
One of the most reassuring features of online Swingers Personals sites is that they are all very privacy-focused.  They all tend to provide online chatting, email, and exchanging of photos and profile information in a way that you never ever have to give out your email address or any personal information to the others on the site if you don't want to.  If you've ever used a normal online dating website, it is very similar except that all of the profile information you supply is tailored to the exact kind of information that is important to Swingers trying to gauge sexual interest in each other versus single people trying to find romance and long-term relationships.

Our favorite two swinger sites are swingerzonecentral.com (a.k.a. SZC) and swinglifestyle.com (a.k.a. SLS).  Both of them have free memberships that allow you to view profile information about other couples and singles wanting to be involved with couples, but the free memberships may limit you in what are able to see or do on the site.  Paying the $15/month membership gives you access to more information, search options, photos, and features, but is not technically necessary to meet some amazing couples. 

The best deal is usually on SZC where as of July 2013 they have some specials, such as 6mo for $35, and 1 year for $50.

Regardless of what Swingers Personals you create profiles on, make sure you add some photos.  Your profile will get MUCH more attention and people will reply to you more if you have photos. In fact, SLS features the 5 newest profiles that have photos near you on the home page when you log in.  One additional thing about photos on these sites is you can have albums that you can share individually to different people.  For instance, our public photo album has all our faces hidden and only minor nudity (breasts).  We have another album that we can give people access to containing our face pictures with no nudity.  A third album contains our more explicit photos with nudity and sex, but our faces hidden.   A good rule of thumb is to make sure you don't mix nudity and faces in your photos that you put anywhere on the internet unless you are really comfortable with the fairly unlikely chance that a photo of you naked and easily-identifiable makes it into someone's hands you didn't plan on.

The good thing is there are definitely people on the websites looking for couples, single women, and single men.  Single men especially may need to be patient and politely write to couples after closely reading their profiles instead of waiting for them to write to you.

As far as we know, this is the BEST way to meet couples or singles if you don't go to a club.  Even though we go to a club practically every weekend we still correspond a lot with couples on both sites. It's totally worth it, and can be very fun!
